From fumigator to supervisor: A growth without limits
In the operational area I had the opportunity to work in the decompaction of the silo 122 of bran that had been compacted for 390 days. The entry and decompaction activities were carried out with a 100% safe operation and with qualified personnel, of which I was the supervisor during the weeks that this was carried out, different methods were applied and the appropriate follow-up was performed according to the procedures and work instructions of the organization.

From fumigator to supervisor: A growth without limits.
At Empresas Polar, I’ve had the opportunity to become the first supervisor in the area of sanitary quality control, to form the team that was required at the Maracaibo wheat plant, then participated in some interviews to select employees who would become the next B fumigators. That was an unforgettable experience since the months I was working were dedicated to the request of work tools and personal protective equipment according to the work to be performed and then was the survey and monitoring of indicators of health management and cleaning of silos. And as big as the silos is the memory I have left of that time!

The experience I have had in the different areas of the plant, both in quality as a sanitary control supervisor, the wheat reception area and as a vacationer in the milling area, has helped me to foster not only my own growth, but also that of my coworkers.
