Transforming lives, one opportunity at a time.
I felt such a huge gratitude, and I realized how, little by little, my life was improving significantly, all the opportunities that the company was giving me were incredible, I was able to bring food to the house and not only that, I could also provide a better future for my home. I was also able to help my mother and take care of her health with the insurance that benefits us. I was able to pay off debts, raise enough money to buy a car, which I thought was impossible for me to have, and I was even able to resume my studies. It has been the best thing that has happened to me in my life, and as a way of saying thanks, I want to give my best, day by day, for this beautiful organization.
Aisle 1: The beginning of a path of improvement.
Every day the goal was to deliver fast, to deliver well, to be effective and efficient. When I realized I was already one of the first to dictate and in an assertive way, the conclusion for me and my colleagues is that everything with dedication can always be achieved, because the company has taught me something and every day it teaches me that yes, it can be done!

Aisle 1: The beginning of a path of improvement.
I especially remember when, once I was trained, I was in the first aisle for the first time, aisle 1 of spreadable sauces and dog food. I was a little nervous and took a long time counting the products. I was always the last one to turn in the inventory or I had a lot of mistakes, and I had to check again, and I said to myself: “Jesus, you can do it. Come on, you can do it. Get ready to count well and fast, speeding up is easy, you just have to be focused”.
